This was not our first experience shipping our vehicles across the country, so we wanted to make sure and do our research and go with a reputable company. After reading reviews for Magic Carpet, we called them right away.
I first spoke to Nicole, who was very friendly and eagerly answered all of our questions. She then put us in touch with Kathy to get everything set up. Kathy was also very friendly, professional, and very helpful. Kathy actually called us right back to tell us that she had arranged a pick up for the very next day. Kathy didn't process our payment until the day the cars were picked up, as she even called me on the day of the pickup to check and see if I had heard from the driver yet.
Our cars made it across the country much quicker than we even expected, and we greatly appreciate Kathy's role in that process. We are very appreciative of their friendly and pro-active business approach! We would highly recommended doing business with Magic Carpet Auto Transport!
