First timer, couldn't be happier

I needed a truck shipped and found Magic Carpet through this site and felt comfortable using them after reading hundreds of great reviews. Well, now I would like to add to those reviews. From the first time I called them, to the end, I was never disappointed in the service and support they gave me throughout the process. This was my first time ever shipping a vehicle, and it happened to be a very over-sized truck. Magic Carpet was able to accommodate the vehicle and find a truck extremely fast. I worked with Crystal and she always knew exactly what she was talking about and guided me through the process step by step. It was easy to setup and they always kept in contact with me while the truck was in transit. The rest of the staff I spent little time talking to was always friendly, fast, and knew exactly what to do. I don't even know what else to say, I am speechless at how easy and great this whole process went. I was scared at first.

So if you are reading this, do not hesitate to get a quote and start your transaction with this company. I wish I could give them 6 stars for all the help they gave me. Also wanted to state there wasn't a scratch on my truck when I got it, perfect, just like it was before being shipped. Not to mention they had the LOWEST QUOTE PRICE out of all of the companies I researched. I would do business with them again in a heartbeat and I would like to personally thank everyone at Magic Carpet: Thank you so much for helping me out on my first time, and making sure my truck got to me safe and sound. I appreciate everything you guys did! Thank you again, and have a great day.
