I am very sorry you feel this way, as a manager I have many responsibilities and I do my best to take calls as they come or call backs.
I was trying to explain to you that there was a processing fee that comes along with using a credit card and the driver didn’t have anything to do with it sorry you took this as being rude. I feel that I do very good job and make about 90%of my customers HAPPY and have learned you just cant make everyone happy
