Worst customer service

I was very upset with the person who we're dealing with. She was very RUDE and LIAR. She wouldn't return any of our calls until I talked to the driver about our concern with the pricing she quoted us. We tried to call her 4 times and everytime we call she's not availble and they always have an excuse why she's not in the office. We asked for a supervisor and was told she was the supervisor. THAT WAS GREAT HEARING THAT! Finally when she called me she was VERY RUDE AND UPSET BECAUSE WE COMPLAIN TO THE DRIVER ABOUT THE PRICING. I will not recommend this company EVER AGAIN. Kathy also said she was going to email me the price and receipts and until now we have not received any documents. I am planning to report them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! By the way we got our car on 12/09/09.

I am very sorry you feel this way, as a manager I have many responsibilities and I do my best to take calls as they come or call backs. I was trying to explain to you that there was a processing fee that comes along with using a credit card and the driver didn’t have anything to do with it sorry you took this as being rude. I feel that I do very good job and make about 90%of my customers HAPPY and have learned you just cant make everyone happy
