Ned, I am sorry you had some delays with the driver and you didnt feel you recieved good service. I know that you had some troubles getting a hold of our office on Christmas weekend, I am sure you can understand that WE DO ALLOW OUR REPRESENTATIVES SOME TIME TO SPEND WITH THEIR FAMILIES ON THE HOLIDAYS. Thank you for your honest response and if there is anything we can do to make up for this experience please let us know. Nicole
