Will NOT USE AGAIN

.Car picked up late driver could not speak English. Driver could not find pick-up spot and we got jerked around for 36 hrs, Magic did not return calls because of the Holiday,what business do they think they are in?? Finally got a dispatcher from Freightport Inc.to communicate with the driver,cars were delivered on time. concealed damage someone tried to jimmy the trunk on the Mercedes. BAD Experience would not use either co again!!!!

Ned, I am sorry you had some delays with the driver and you didnt feel you recieved good service. I know that you had some troubles getting a hold of our office on Christmas weekend, I am sure you can understand that WE DO ALLOW OUR REPRESENTATIVES SOME TIME TO SPEND WITH THEIR FAMILIES ON THE HOLIDAYS.
