After speaking with several companies on shipping my vehicle to Colorado from Hawaii, the quality of service I received from Kathy Ashlock was unbeatable. All phone messages were answered in a reasonable timely fashion, as well as quick email responses. Kathy gave me accurate information on how my car was going to be shipped, what day and exactly what to do. The reservation at Matson (where the car has to go for overseas transport) was outstanding and very little wait time. The SUV was delivered one day after promise day due to a horrible storm across the Colorado Rocky Mountains, so we waited 1 extra day. Emails and phone calls were sent to me and my son (who was receiving the vehicle) with accurate up to date information. I would highly recommend this shipping company they live up to their name and 5 star rating.
Before I spoke with Kathy at Magic Carpet, I spoke with another auto shipper who told me to call Matson and find out when cars were leaving Oahu HI to California, my response was shocked, and asked if it was my responsibility or his? some companies claim to be 5 star but buyer beware not all auto shipper's really care about what you are sending and will treat your business as a profit rather than give you the respect of a paying customer.
I really enjoy sending praise to companies that deserve it, and this one made both me and my son very happy; what a great way to end and start the year. Mahalo, Kathy Ashlock and team Magic Carpet.
