This being my first experience soliciting service from a transport company, I was exhausted and irritated from spending a good part of a day (1/6) researching and receiving bids from several companies. At around 6 pm, after speaking with their sales rep Kathy Ashlock, Magic Carpet Auto Transport was chosen, a decision based strictly from my gut.
Bracing for a troublesome experience, I was floored by the speed and accuracy of the service. Twenty minutes after my conversation with Kathy, a driver was located and assigned.
Made arrangements through the driver's dispatch one hour later for a 4 pm pickup the very next day (1/7) from San Jose, Ca.
On 1/7 my car was officially picked up at 3:15 pm and was delivered to me in Pasadena, Ca at 7 am the following morning (1/8).
It doesn't get better than that.
