If I had the information there would not have been a problem

Made arrangements in November for shipping in January. Was dealing with a great rep. who, as it turns out, knew nothing about shipping from CT. If I had known that January in CT is a VERY difficult time and place for getting a shipper I could have made alternate plans. A little information goes along way, it would have been no problem if I had simply known the actual facts. Every shipper I talked to told me the same thing, but of course that was after it was too late. Then I discover my rep went on vacation and seemingly has never returned. Finally got to the owner and here is what he said " I appreciate your point of view but don't agree with it. I will run my companies as I see fit." I picked this company based on their claims about customer service and support. I guess I don't count cuz I was not lucky enough to become a customer. The fact that they don't charge my credit card when they take the initial reservation really does not help me. What would have helped is some assistance in getting my car shipped. An apology would have gone a long way also. As stated on their site, dates are never guaranteed. Of course, that is the nature of the business But if a car is NEVER going to be shipped it might be nice to let the unsuspecting customer know. I asked if it could ship in January, February, March..... they just did not know when they could get a shipper. Why oh why did they not say that in November?????? Wish it had worked out.
