Alethea, I apologize for the confusion in the balance due to the driver at delivery. The confusion between going back and forth between you and Omar in getting this quick turnaround transport set up may have confused us all. I worked extremely hard to get your car picked up and delivered on the dates you requested and I delivered. I believe I was the only company who could get that accomplished, which is why you chose our company. Best of luck to you in the future.
