Had a short time frame to get my car back to NJ from CA and Stephanie was very helpful in ensuring that that happened. The pickup date only slipped once, by 2 days, but the car arrived a day early in NJ. Since the car was inoperable I was a bit nervous about it being transported, but it arrived fine. As I was also not there for the pickup, Stephanie contacted my friend before me to ensure he was there for the pickup. Would definitely use them again!
