I had scheduled something with another company, who charged a deposit before securing a driver. I had thought that they had a driver when they charged me because that is how all other companies had done it in the past. I was surprised to realize that this company was a mess. I was so angry when I couldn't get through or get anyone to assure me of a driver coming to pick up on the day I scheduled. The sales people had made promises that I honestly don't think the "dispatch department" intended to follow through with.

It just so happened that Trevon had called to do a follow up on my transport and provide me with contact information since my family has shipped a number of times. I explained the sitation to him, and he immediately assured me that he could arrange for a transport before the end of the month, which was just over a week away.

I was pleasantly surprised that he had a driver within days of me contacting him, which only took so long because the other company struggled with canceling my order and refunding my money. They even tried to lie and say they contacted me and had hired a driver.

Trevon was sympathetic, kind and a joy to coordinate with. You knew that he was interested in providing the best service possible, which he did. I have to tell you I was shocked when I got off work, just about two days after talking with him, and my mother and he were contacting me because a driver was going to pick up the van the next day.

I really can't say enough about his service and company, and I have saved his number and email so I can make sure to use him again if any other things need to be moved.
