Whole process was simple and easy. I trusted the reviews I read and they did me well. The car was scheduled to arrive on the 10th, the driver called and it was ready on the 6th. I, however, was not in town yet and they kindly held the car until I got to town on the 7th, and dropped the car off on the 8th. Great service, nice driver in Dante: very helpful. Very pleased!
