I am sorry this transport has not gone at all what we expected. This particular trucking company has exceeded our expectations in the past. Some times trucking companies make huge mistakes and they are costly to both the customer and us. We have made hundreds of calls to this carrier to locate the vehicle. We have located the three vehicles that this carrier has, and all customers will be compensated for the cost of the move. This carrier has been put on a DO NOT USE permanently for MCAT and its affiliates.
