This was the first time I've had to transport my truck. I looked up companies online and found Magic Carpet Auto Transport. Before this experience I had no clue how these companies work. All I cared about was getting my truck ASAP. The good thing I could say about this company is that their customer service was on point. The rep I talk to (Trevin) worked really hard to find a driver for my truck and kept me informed at all time whether the news was good or bad. Overall I can say I was satisfied with the outcome. I have my truck with me now and besides been a little bit dirty my truck was delivered in two days from San Diego CA, to Mundelein Illinois with no problems. I'm in the military and I know I will be needing this service again in the future. I wouldn't hesistate to call Magic Carpet again.
