I am very satisfied with the delivery of my vehicle. We were delayed in Pick up and Delivery due to snow storms in the Midwest and Northeast so the delay was to be expected. Kristaan did a nice job of keeping me informed and when I called to check up was prompt in getting back to me. She was knowledgable about the process and trucking company and did a nice job of setting my expecations.

Due to the snow and weather conditions, the car was dirty when recieved, but not beyond what was expected.

I felt I got good value for the money. I would use Magic Carpet Auto Transport again if I have another car to transport.
