The company lived up to the stellar reviews it has gotten. Kathy, my primary contact, was very helpful and did a great job in terms of explaining the exact process for how a car gets shipped when using Magic Carpet. She was responsive and very nice to work with. In addition, she assured me that the carriers they use are carefully selected and are professional, which was what I experienced in my case. The car was picked up on time and delivered on time and the driver was extremely friendly. Overall, I was very happy that I used Magic Carpet and would recommend using them without hesitation.
