The overall shipping experience was phenomenal. My customer service agent, Kristaan was incredibly helpful, explaining the shipping process, how Magic Carpet was different from other carriers, the costs, timeline, etc. When I had questions, she was quick to call me back if I couldn't reach her right away, and she was great about alerting my parents, who were at the pickup origin.

The cost of Magic Carpet was very reasonable, and the car was picked up on schedule & delivered ahead of time. I would choose Magic Carpet to ship my car again any day!
