Ramana, I apologize about the pick up and delivery times. I had no control over the original carrier's truck breaking down and that is why we hustled to find another carrier that would agree to pick it up right away, but in order for them to do go out of their way to accomodate you and the dealer, he requested an additional $100 to perform an expedited service. You were paying the additional money for the expedited service, not the enclosed carrier. I asked you if you wanted to pay the extra money to get it picked up with this new carrier and you agreed. I apologize for any misunderstanding, and the delays, but there is only so much that I can control.
