Operators work well with customers

I had to ship my car from CA to KY cause I got a job in KY. I called Magic Carpet later than I should have because I was busy arranging other things for my move but John said he would do everything he could to make the move as easy and as smooth as possible. He found a carrier for me two days after I called, unfortunately, they were coming to pick up the car the day I left CA. But I gave keys to my friends and they transferred my car over to the carrier. John kept me posted on everything as it was happening, which was helpful since I couldn't be there myself to deal with things. After the car was dropped off, John did a de-brief with me, which I thought was very nice and it let me know the company cared.

John was very honest throughout the entire procedure, telling me exactly what was going to happen, how my car would be handled, and what I needed to do.They are very good with customer service; I got called back or emailed back every time I left a message for John.
