The customer service representative was good. He was polite and professional. He kept me informed about vehicle status. There was over an week of delay in picking up the vehicle primarily due to bad weather in New York, but I guess the quote Magic Carpet had given was too low for the bad weather market condition. After the price was revised, vehicle was picked up properly and delivered safely. All is well than ends well.
