only hitch in process was my securing a Honolulu Shipping order prior to contacting Magic Carpet for transport from Los Angeles port to Nevada.
when paid Magic Carpet by phone call, they were aprised of the original shipping order number, but when I arrived at Honolulu port to drop off car, they had no record of Magic Carpet having paid them so I had to contact Magic Carpet to determine they generated a new shipping number and did not tell me. Of course, all the while waiting, I worried my credit card payment was history and my vehicle would not make the designated trip without another $grand payment. Ultimately, Magic Carpet contacted the Honolulu shipper and figured out the shippng numbers were changed. No apologies, no call back. The Honolulu Shipper told me after an hour wait they had received notice of payment 30minutes prior.
delivery to Los Angeles port uneventful, car was delivered to designated address in nevada within next 4 days.
would use company again, but make sure they took care of all the shipping details from the start.
