Excellent service with both Auto and motorcycle transport

We moved both a car and motorcycle using Magic Carpet Auto Transport. The car was transported in an open carrier and the motorcycle was transported in an enclosed carrier. Even though the carrier for the motorcycle broke down on the way for the pickup, the customer service rep was very helpful and diligent in getting us scheduled with a different carrier. We were able to arrange the pickup with our neighbors since we had already moved out. It all worked out very nicely, and the overall service was nice. I can't blame them for the carrier breaking down, but they did everything they could to resolve the situation and expedite the transport. Crystal was great the whole time. I would definitely recommend magic carpet.
