Unfortunately we will never have a second chance to earn this clients business. We would like to let everyone know viewing this that due to obvious reasons Amber is no longer employed with our company. We would also like to express our deepest apologies to anyone who had her as an Accounts Executive and did not receive our customary customer service. We do strive to provide each and every customer with the same level of service we would personally want if the tables were reversed. Thank you for taking the time to read this and hopefully you will understand that a company is not defined by one single employee but by the overall quality of service to which it holds all employees.
