Aleah, I do apologize that you didnt have a complete five star service with our company. However, it does state in our terms and conditions about the price match policy, as well as we do explain that at the time of placing the order. ANy company can give you a price, it just determines if the price is good enough for the driver to make the run worth while. Hope the next time we can ship your car you will have a better experience.
