When it comes to New Yorkers, we like our busineses to be taken care of first class and with the proper attitude. Kevin Ricer was true, polite, straight-forward and assiduous from the minute he picked up the phone. As my agent, I knew that if there were to be any eventualities during the process of pick up or delivery, which was my main concern, he would efficiently resolve any issues; however, my car was picked up from Michigan and delivered to New York City at scheduled time and in good conditions. My over all experience with Magic Carpet Auto Transport was excellent; the price was right, costumer service was fantastic, and I would definetly use their services again.
