Damage to vehicle and no response

My car was delivered Sunday March 8, 2010 after being 3 days late and several hours late the day of delivery.

Aside from being 3 days late, my vehicle was damaged in transition. A small bullseye crack on the glass of the front right windsheild was noticed literally 5 minutes after the driver left I documented it with a photo and email. I called the driver. He did not return my call. I expressed dis-satisfaction and frustration with Kathy from Magic Auto Transport
and asked her as my broker to please help me with this situation. As of today, March 27th 2010 she has not returned my phone call. I have since had the car repaired, a bullseye on the front windshield, and paid out of pocket.

I expected much better customer service considering we paid Magic Carpet $270.00 to make a few calls to put me in touch with a driver who I could have called on my own.

I expect a response to this email.

Pamela, sorry to hear about the windshield and I have talk to you about it and gave you all the info on the carrier, but you singed off on the car saying there was NO damage so there really isnt anything i can do.
