Contacted Magic Carpet / Stephanie on a Thursday night, after previously solicitng a quote online. Price was better than DAS, a carrier I'd used previously on a cross-country relocation. Service neded up being much better than DAS as well.

Stephanie indicated in would take 1-5 business days to schedule a carrier, and they finally schdeuled the pick-up four days after the 'first available day'. The only thing that kept this from being a perfect experience was that for those 4 days, I kept wondering every day whether my car was going to get picked up that day or not. Would have been nice to have a call / email during that time just to say, "we're still working on scheduling a carrier".

Once the carrier was scheduled (3/26), I have nothing but positive things to say about the entire experience. Stephanie called to let me know the carrier was scheduled, and the driver, Lee, called to let me know he was on his way, again when he was close ot the site, and a third time, letting me know the car was loaded and he was on the way.

Original delivery date was promised for Monday, 3/29, but Lee was able to get here sooner, and delivered the vehicle on Saturday, 3/27. He met me at a local Wal-Mart, because my neighborhood has restrictions on large trucks. Not a problem at all.

There was a little bit of fluid on my car from the vehicle above, but it came off in the car wash. Lee took very good car in loading, securing, and unloading my car.

Stephanie followed up with another call after the delivery to make sure everything was alright.

This whole experience was top-notch, especially compared to my previous experience with DAS, where they once told me my car had laready been delivered (it was, in fact, still several states away).

I would use Magic Carpet again for any vehicle shipping needs.
