I was disappointed overall. I was expecting to have the level of service I had read about on this website. Nothing seemed to go according to plan. I guess most of my issues lies with the driver, however, a broker is paid to be on top of things and update the client of changes and status. I never got a call from the broker, but instead, had to call to find out what was going on. What's the point of having a broker and paying the extra money if you have to do the work yourself anyways??? My car was picked up two days early and delivered 3 days late. During that time, I never received a call from the broker, but instead, I had to call to get information. I feel like I overpaid for service that didn't live up to expectation.

Emi,I am sorry to hear that you didnt feel you had recieved great service. However, i had made contact with you as soon as i had a carrier assigned. Our drivers are the ones who give us the dates that they are going to pick up and deliver. So i do apologize if he had arrived early, also once again they are all on estimates due to the fact that they are on the road. We were not told by the driver that he was going to pick up three days early, or i would have definetly called you with that update. Also i did make sure to tell the driver he cannot deliver your car as you had told me you were available to accept delivery...I am also sorry he didnt get the vehicle delivered on that exact day...once again they are on estimeates. Thank you!
