Kendeyl, i am sorry to hear you didnt feel that you recieved a five star service, however MD to UT is not a very common run, UT is a hard location to get into. At the time of placing the order i did say that it sometimes takes a little longer to get a carrier assigned for uncommon route. I however just had an offer from a driver that happened be $144 more than the original quoted price, however it was an offer and you are not held to accept the offer. I did my best to what i could do to get your car picked up. I did notice that you wanted the vehicle picked up on the 18th of feb which was the day after the actual day you had placed the order. So the expected day that you wanted the car picked up was not able to happen becasue it wasnt enough time to schedule a carrier. I do apologize that you didnt have a good experience.
