This was my first time to ship a vehicle, so I was apprehensive about how to find a good carrier. Using this site, I picked Magic Carpet - not just because they had a 5-star rating, but because they had a high quantity of reviews. I received a quote on-line and then called the next day to schedule. My appointed rep was not in at the time, but another helped me. They were definitely courteous. Because I booked on a Friday, I didn't find out the pick-up date until the following Monday. The vehicle was picked up a day early, which was great for me - but caught the dealer by surprise - no problems though. I received the vehicle on Friday morning, just 3-days after pick-up. I think that's pretty good for Connecticut to Tennessee. Unless you're well versed at brokering transportation, I would recommend letting these guys handle the move for you. In my case, the biggest benefit they provided was screening of transport companies. I think the good experience I had with my move is directly related to MC's use of good, reliable carriers. I would definitely use them again without reservation.
