Regina, Thank you for the review, however i do apologize if you felt that i was rude to you. I didnt feel i was being rude, i called you 3 days earlier to let you know we had a carrier assigned for the 12th which was one of the dates that we had arranged at the time of placing the order. I always let my customers know to give us at least a two to three day available window in case the driver falls behind, due to they are on estimates. The driver was the one who had tried to pick your cars up earlier and we clarified with them that they could not do that, we asked the driver if he could wait til the 14th to pick them up and he told us he wasnt going to be able to do that! So when you had talked to him, it must have been different, i let you know that they werent going to be able to gaurantee that cuase they had other pick ups/deliveries. Then you wanted to cancel the driver which could have caused a problem not getting the vehicles picked up in time so, i did however say if we cant do these dates then yes, lets go ahead and cancel the driver but i cant say when the vehicle was going to picked up if they were going to work with your dates that you had requested. Once again i do apologize for anything that you had felt i did wrong.
