Good service on the telephone answering questions and giving me a quote. Fair price and compeitive with other trucking companies. Very smooth transaction. The pick-up and delivery dates were actually earlier than scheduled. Pleasant truck driver.
Two small issues were I did not get this survey until I called and asked for it. I'm hoping they give me the $50 rebate as promised. And $8.00 was charged to my credit card for a service charge because I used my visa. I was not told about this extra charge. When I questioned Magic Carpet about this surcharge they were hesitant but finally agreed to refund the $8.00.
Would I use them again? Probably yes!
