This company is a broker. Magic Carpet auto transport( there is no magic), should not be doing business. Pick up was late, but they will be on time with take there broker fee out of your account. The company that picked up my car, was not bad. His truck broke down durning the shipment, called me and kept me posted. That pushed my date back afew days. Not so bad, 19 days later my car gets to me. It had so much bugs and bird s*** on it I had to drive it home with my head out the window. To top it off, the broker quoted it me 840. The driver was asking me to pay 60.00 over my quoted price. we tryed to call the broker, she would not pick up. So I was stuck telling the driver what I was quoted, and he's telling me what I have to pay. Thanks!

Michael - I am sorry to see what you have written. We spoke throughout the entire process, I kept you updated as to what was happening with the driver, unfortunatley when the turck breaks down, we have no control over that. Other than keeping you updated, which I did. As for the quoted price, it was always $900, the price never changed. You and I did speak when the driver arrived, I did answer. In fact we also spoke ealier in the day, when I let you know the balance due - agian which was the same from when quoted, I even confirmed with an email, following the conversation. Apologies that this was a negative experience, the truck breaking down was frustrating for all of us.
