For someone who has never shipped a vehicle, it was a good experience when it was all said and done. While Magic Carpet was fantastic, the contracted company Future Auto Transport would have been much better received if their drivers could speak English,- very nice folks but all questions and concerns were simply met with, "No problem, it's all good." That said we weren't sure what to expect when our vehicle drove away from the east the coast. But despite their inability to communicate, Future Auto Transport was true to their word and it all worked out beautifully. So in the end, we'd be happy to work with Kathy Ashland of Magic Carpet for our future auto transport needs.
