I worked with Hillary from the start. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in deciding how to ship. Because I selected enclosed carrier, which reduced the number of available trucks, Hillary advised me on some options to speed up delivery, and I elected to add an expedite fee. This advice proved to be excellent and the vehicle was then picked up within 48 hours. When everything goes perfectly it is easy to look good, but the real test of a company and its people is when something doesn't go as planned. In this case the transport vehicle suffered an air leak in the brake system that caused a delay in transit of a couple of day while a part was sent for the repair. Hillary and other managers contacted me promptly, several times, advised me of the problem, the details, and helped coordinate an adjusted delivery schedule. In addition the driver remained in very close cell phone communication with me every day, and worked hard to make the delivery in way most convenient to me. The vehicle arrived in excellent condition and the actual delivery to me was handled very professionally, and efficiently. I would use Magic Carpet again and would recommend them to others.
