Definitely pleased with the service that I received from Kristaan. She was my sole contact at MagicCarpet. She was very professional and made sure that I was fully informed on when my car was being picked up from WV and when it would be delivered. She kept me informed through both email and through phone calls and helped the driver work around my work schedule to have the car delivered.
