I have never shipped a vehicle before and at first was a little skeptical about the process. However, the agent Kathy Ashlock at Magic Carpet worked with me every step of the way and made the process easy and comfortable. She was always available to answer any questions and made sure I understood what was happening in each step from initial contact to delivery. She located a tranport company that picked up my car on the first day that I had made it available. It was in an open carrier and arrived in the same good condition that it had left. The transport took 7 days from Maryland to Northern California. The price ($900) was less than I had expected.
Kathy followed up after the delivery to make sure that the auto arrived safely. I would certainly use Magic Carpet again and would highly recommend this company for shipping a car.
