My vehicle was to be picked up the 31st Mardh orginally but the trailer broke down and my vehicle ended up getting picked up on the 12 of April with delivery on 20th of April. I think there should always be a back up trailer for these type od circumstances. It cost me 300.00 extra to keep my rental car another week. This was an extra expense to me. I do realize that unforseen events happen but when it does, I think it would be good customer service to waive yoiur broker fee or refund the broker fee. Also on a whole Kristen did keep in contact with me, but that was in part to my daily calls.

Thank you for taking time for a review. I know it was frustrating with the first truck breaking down however, lucky for us this was the day before your vehicle was to be picked up. Unfortunately, that did put us back in the position of finding another driver. We did communicate daily, whether it was you calling me, or I calling you and we did send another driver to pick up the vehicle and it was delivered in a timely manner, 2 days earlier than his estimate.
