My customer service rep was Hillary! She answered all my questions and returned all my calls promptly! I have never shipped a car before and was a little nervous about the hole thing! But she reassured me that everything would be fine and that they ONLY use Insured quality carriers! I would not hesitate to use this transport company again! I was told it could take up to seven days to arrange transport of the vehicle because of the remote location and the car was picked up in less than two days!

This is a Company that cares about its customer service!
