I was really impressed with the service I received with Magic Carpet, specifically the personal attention from my representative, Trevon Bond. The process of having a car shipped several states after my mother-in-law had emergency surgery and couldn't drive home from a wedding was quite daunting. I was worried about how long it would take and that she would be stuck without a car. Magic Carpet quoted a reasonable rate, and Mr. Bond explained how the industry works, what to expect, and was available for all of my questions. Best of all, the car was picked up quicker than I expected, he found a driver within a day, and it was picked up and delivered as soon as my mother-in-law was home! The process was easy, and I'm grateful to Mr. Bond for helping us, and helping me avoid a flight and an 8-10 hour drive that really wasn't necessary thanks to their service.
