Stephanie Hamilton was the agent that dealt my car transportation case. As for her end of the experience, she was very informative, encouraging, and comforting in how she explained and kept me informed throughout the whole process. The only complaints I have is that my car was not picked up within 1-5 days as I was promised, in fact it took about 3 weeks before it was even picked up, but I cannot blame Stephanie for that because my car was a little out of way and from what I understand. Tthe dispatchers at Magic had a hard time locating a driver willing to go pick up my car. For that I was also told that I would have to pay an additional $65 than the $545 I was initially quoted. Once a driver was assigned, the rest of the transition was smooth. In fact the car arrived earlier than promised once it was picked up. I did a lot of research and reviewed a lot of different car moving companies and found that Magic is not the cheapest I found, but they do have the best reviews and assign great drivers. Thank you Stephanie at Magic. I will consider your business again, should I ever need to have another vehicle transported.
