Jason, I do apologize if you felt you werent able to reach me however, i have plenty of notes stating when i had spoke to youabout any updates that we had for you. Below are the notes i have in your file:

Spoke to the drivers dispatch clarified picked up.
The notes above clearly state that i had communication with you, and that i tried my best to keep you happy with the updates i was recieving and also passing on to you.
