We used Magic Carpet as the broker company and John Mendez was our representative. I am very satisfied with his service. I first contacted another company that never picked up my car, so I called Magic Carpet and John helped me cancel the reservation with the previous company. AFter that, he found a company that was able to pick up my car in 3 days. He stayed in touch with me the whole time before and during transport. He was available in the evenings and also on the weekends. He was proactive and handled the problems with the actual shipping company the best way he could.
