the whole process is kinda sucky but what can you do. agreed on a price but was then asked for more to have someone finally pick up. went from costing me 9 and change to 11 and change. not sure if this is common but sucks.

Alex i'm sorry you feel that we did not provide you with a 5 star service. However, everone in the industry would tell you that california is backed up right now. Despite this tremendous back up we were able to find a carrer. It was more, however, we gave you the option to do so and that was your choice.
