When we started the process of shipping the car across the country, we were very apprehensive about the cost and the process. To that end, we researched and received several bids for the shipping. Magic Carpet Auto Transport was not only the highest rated but also one of the lowest bids. From our first contact, RaeAnn Clark, our Account Executive, was very helpful and patient. She was able to answer all of our questions and make us comfortable the shipping and the process. In addition, she frequently contacted us throughout the process to answer any additional questions and to ensure that the shipping process was going smoothly. The car was actually picked up within three days of the date the car was first available for pickup and delivered on time (7 days later) at the agreed upon location in Washington with no damages.
