never transported before

The man I dealt with through the transport process was nice enough,but I do have a minor complaint. This is the first time I have transported a car and it would have been nice if he had explained the entire process. When he said he would let me know when a truck was assigned and six days had gone by i was starting to panic thinking my car would not get to its destination in time and that they would not find one. I basically would just have liked to be kept in contact with and reasured that my car would get there instead of worrying. Also he is not good at returning calls especially after a truck was assigned. I have called 3 times with questions including how do i get a receipt in which i still dont have an answer for?
All in all my car got there in time and the trucking company was very professional. So i am pleased!
