I would use Magic Carpet Auto Transport and AATL, Inc again. I used Magic Carpet Auto's service to transport my Ford Explorer SUV from Hamden, Connecticut to Houston Texas. The customer service staff was very friendly and prompt. I spoke with Hillary several times and she was very courteous. She even explained the dispatch rating of the company assigned to transport my vehicle, explained how many jobs they had used it for as well as their number of claims. I realize that we are subject to some accidents or risks when choosing to transport, but having honesty about a company and knowing there are no guarntees gives "me" the consumer a peace of mind of what I am accepting. My main concern was for my SUV to arrive by May 18th (Tuesda), have a family relative sign for the delivery in Texas and to be able to pack a few of my items (non-valuable). I was able to sign for the pick up of my vehicle in Connecticut and pack my SUV with a few books and blankets. The truck was picked up one day earlier on May 10th and it arrived three days ahead of schedule with my relative. Everything was intact and in good condition. I was very pleased. I would recommend this company, I was able to ask my representative questions and felt comfortable with her answers. Hope you will ask questions too.
