Kathy was very knowledgeable and friendly in taking the initial order and making me aware of the challenges of delivering to locations within Montana. As a result, I decided to ship the car to Spokane as it is a major route along the highway 90. The order was assigned to a truck within a few days and the Company was very prompt in sending email updates regarding the status of the delivery. The car was supposed to be picked up by Wednesday but it didn't actually got picked up by Friday. In any event, the scheduled date of delivery at the destination remained the same. I was surprised that the car was delivered two days ahead of schedule. The driver was able to store my car in spokane for a day as I was unable to meet the driver on the day of arrival in Spokane. The car was delivered in original condition with no damages at all. The pickup and delivery was very smooth. I will definitely use Magic Carpet again.
