RaeAnn tried very hard at a busy time to move my VW Microbus from California to Illinois. I was told it would be 2 to 7 days for pickup and it ended up being 19, so I was definitely getting frustrated. When it was all said and done, I ended up having to change my pickup location and drive 110 miles to pick it up and my final price was $155 more than the quote. So, I figure the quote was a little low in the first place, but I was willing to try anything to get it picked up. The driving didn't bother me that much, as it was my idea, but the service was supposed to be door to door. After I requested that she change the pick up location, the bus was assigned a truck the same day and was then picked up 4 days later. I do appreciate the fact that RaeAnn put her entire commission into the price for the carrier. The original quote was $270 deposit and $725 for the carrier, The final deal was $50 deposit and $1100 for the carrier. So, I waited a lot longer than I thought it was going to be and I paid a little more. The whole ordeal was pretty stressful, but RaeAnn did her best to help me out and in the end we got it done.
