This was my first auto transport, and the experience was very favorable. The original price quoted was lower than the final transport due to not being able to find a transport company who was willing to transport into Rhode Island without paying additional money to receive my vehicle in the time frame I needed it. The reason for this happening is Rhode Island is a very difficult place for trucking companies as the toll fees, fines, and road fees are very high compared to other states. The customer service person at Magic Carpet Auto transport, RaeAnn Clark, kept in constant contact with my mother (on the sending end) by phone and email. Raeann also contacted me (on the recieving end), by phone and email before and during the process. The contact for Pioneer Auto Express Corp. was Eric, and he kept me and my mother informed about when and where my vehicle would be delivered. Eric also made sure I had the name and phone number for the driver transporting my vehicle. The vehicle was delivered within 13 days from pickup, and the vehicle arrived in the same condition as when it was originally picked up. The driver, Carlos, contacted me and my mom by phone to let us know the vehicle arrival date and time. The company made sure to deliver my vehicle on a weekend, per my request because I am in the Coast Guard, and did not have the ability to meet with the driver any other time. The driver was cordial, and made sure I knew exactly where I could meet with him to pick up the vehicle. I would definitely use this company again to transport my vehicle, and recommend this company for anyone who needs a vehicle transported. Thanks, Kelsey :)
