I had a great first time experience for the following reasons:

It was easy!
Ms. Michelle Henriksbo kept me informed as to getting a carier and where the vehicle was located while on the carrier.
Ms. Michelle Henriksbo explained everything to me as to how the process worked.
I saved time and money this way versus driving the car myself.
The vehicle arrived ahead of schedule saving me additional money for a rental car.
